About the Company

Indigenous Treaty Partners (ITP) was founded in Spring 2021 by two young and optimistic Indigenous entrepreneurs who saw the need for quality and approachable Professional Indigenous Ally Training.

Indigenous Treaty Partners aim not only to provide a unique educational experience, we also want clients to leave the sessions with a renewed passion and confidence to foster reconciliation grounded in mutual respect

Our Process

The Treaty Partners will work with each organization to assess the needs of the organization. We ensure our materials are geared towards the appropriate audience. This is done through a written assessment and/or a phone call.

The Treaty Partners offer various curriculum packages that cover topics such as history, business and governance to name a few. Our initial consultation will inform which of our packages will best support your organization’s needs. Indigenous Treaty Partners’ core material is standard for all of our curriculums. Upon completion of the ITP course, your organization will receive an ITP Certificate.

Benefits of ITP Training

Organizations benefit from our Indigenous Cultural Ally Training through our intensive format. Attendees leave our sessions with a wider world view and desire to engage on these important topics, which foster self-enrichment and workplace interaction leading to overall improved employee morale.

Businesses who attend our Indigenous Cultural Ally Training are better equipped with knowledge and other tools to meaningfully and confidently engage their Indigenous neighbours.

Goals & Intentions

  • Transform our awareness, attitudes, and knowledge into competence.

  • Become more active allies in support of reconciliation by building confidence to engage with Indigenous Communities.
