I was born and raised in Toronto. My mother is Mohawk from six nations and my father is Ojibway from the Mississauga First Nations reserve. My Indigenous name is Wabanung Kwe, which means Morning Star Woman. I attended George Brown College for Art and Design. One of my favorite projects was assisting in the painting of Casa Loma. My goal is to become more involved in my community and sharing more of my culture with my daughter. I am looking forward to the future and contributing to the CCAB team.
