RAW Group is an Anishinaabe owned, medium to large scope General Contractor operating from the Greater Sudbury Area. We specialize in Electrical Contracting, Pre-Engineered Buildings, Concrete, and Civil works operationing in the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors.
Raw Group’s mission is to provide our customers with tailored construction solutions using our expertise in the electrical, concrete, and general contracting fields. RAW Groups vision is to enhance infrastructure development while respecting the cultural traditions and values of First Nations. We’ve embodied the Seven Grandfather Teachings both in our lives and day-to-day operations while taking pride in our integrity, client satisfaction, quality, progress, community, and safety. As we move forward together in establishing mutually beneficial business relationships, we aim to provided meaningful employment and training opportunities to the community members, wherein we operate.
Despite the many hurdles Covid has presented, Raw Group has continued to thrive. The credit residing in the substantial hard work from a dedicated staff that has helped secure, complete and continue ongoing contracts with a few of the world’s largest mining conglomerates including Glencore, Vale, and KGHM. This is in addition to Sudbury Hydro, Health Sciences North, SnoLab, several water treatment facilities, all school boards as well as multiple commercial contracts in Greater Sudbury Area.
In closing, we are poised for growth looking to the horizon in green energies, cannabis, composite building materials as well as any viable business opportunities that may arise.
