N.P.A. Ltd. is comprised of E Construction, Wapiti Gravel Suppliers, NWT Construction, G&C Asphalt, G&C Ready Mix, Westland Concrete and Ruel Bros. Our permanent operations are located in:
– Alberta: Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Peace River, Slave Lake, Cold Lake & Bonnyville
– Northwest Territories: Yellowknife
– Saskatchewan: North Battleford & Swift Current
We are arguably the largest paving contractor in Western Canada. Our company specializes in asphalt paving, granular placement, subgrade preparation, underground utilities, aggregate production & supply, ready mix supply and concrete placement. We work on P3’s, highways, cities/towns, municipalities, industrial sites, parking lots and everything in between. No job is too large, but also no job is too small.
Our group is comprised of one Senior Management Team, as well each branch has its own local Management Team to assure projects run smoothly.
