With 1 in 4 Canadians now identifying as having anxiety, depression or PTSD, opportunities for unplugging and creative self-expression are becoming a staple for wellness.
Inspired by Nature offers an art studio (for non artists) and expressive art circles for individuals, teams, organizations and for First Nations communities.
With a focus on the process rather than the final product, participants are encouraged to explore creativity without limits and are offered the space to create, reflect, and share their experiences in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Guiding you back to your true nature with art, we aim to provide a cathartic, relaxing, fun, and freedom inducing experience for all participants. A social enterprise, we offer complimentary biannual workshops (November and May) for Indigenous and non-Indigenous front-line workers.
Customized workshops are offered at your location, virtually, or in our Strathroy, ON studio space.
