Barclay Constructors was founded in Hamilton, ON in 1953.
Barclay has been privileged to serve heavy industry in Hamilton and surrounding area through our history on larger production-oriented projects. We generally are the largest employer of Carpenters from Local 18 Hamilton, maintaining an active role and positive relationship.
We have developed a very focused and committed Safety Culture, especially over the last two decades, and are proud of our record. Early efforts towards site hazard awareness and team orientation coupled with daily safety meetings through to completion on each project have made our continued results possible. We are proud of our positive Safety Culture that is effectively working to return all of our people home every night safe and sound.
