President & CEO Carvel Electric
As the President & CEO, of Carvel Electric, Jordan is committed to the growth and development of Carvel and its team, and, as a proud Métis, furthering Aboriginal leadership in Alberta.
Always an entrepreneur at heart, Jordan has a passion for business. In 2013 he decided to take over the family company after working throughout the province in many industrial and commercial settings. Handed down an old pickup truck, a bag of tools and a vision, Jordan and his older brother Joel, together, have grown Carvel Electric from a small residential service company to working with some of North America’s largest Railroad, Pipeline and Energy Companies.
Jordan prides himself on building connections, creating community, and is guided by the strong values of a “handshake approach” to business. Carvel Electric has a vision to become a leader in Aboriginal employment and skills development.
Jordan has participated in multiple Round Table Discussion with Federal Minister of Procurement Anita Anand in regard to building a pathway to increased Government spend with Indigenous Businesses.
Jordan is a nationally and provincially recognized Award recipient, which include:
2018 CCAB National Young Aboriginal Entrepreneur
2018 Métis Nation of Alberta Entrepreneur
