Trevor Gladue Bio

Trevor Gladue is Director of Indigenous Strategic Initiatives for Civeo, a workforce accommodation company probably better known to you as its predecessor, PTI Group. Civeo builds, owns and operates camps and lodges in remote areas for workers primarily involved in the oil, gas and mining industries. In his role, Trevor facilitates negotiations with First Nations impacted by these projects, with a focus on creating employment and developing joint ventures and working partnerships.

Trevor’s ability to mediate and negotiate comes from years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He has served on the Oilsands Multi-Stakeholders Committee for the Government of Alberta, the Metis Settlements Appeal Tribune, Chair of the Board of Governors for Northern Lakes College and as a Senior VP for the Metis Nation of Alberta. He holds an MBA with a specialization in Aboriginal Leadership in Business, and has also trained in mediation and interest-based negotiations.
