Named “Comedian of the Year” by the Southern California Motion Picture Council, Carla Collins is an award-winning comedian, actress, television and radio host. She has appeared in numerous movies and television shows in both the US and Canada and performs comedy in clubs, theatres and festivals all over North America.
Carla currently stars in the web series Carla Collins Comes Clean and is a regular celebrity panelist on Super Channel’s Too Much Information. Collins just filmed her first US comedy special The Millennial Whisperer and can soon be seen as one of the hosts of the new luxury travel show Jet Set.
Collins is the bestselling author of Angels, Vampires and Douche Bags, a comedic motivational tome and is now writing her second book Laugh After Death, a hilarious and heartfelt homage to her mother. Carla has two new comedy albums currently available on iTunes Mobius Stripper and The Best of the Worst of Carla Collins.
A fierce animal lover, Carla has been involved with the Toronto Humane Society for years and is an ambassador for World Animal Protection. She resides in Venice, California with her two rescue wonder mutts Miles and Dr. Zira.
