Marketing Coordinator – Special Projects

The Marketing Coordinator, Special Projects is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates all department project/event requests, organizes marketing/communication critical path, and initiates approved plan
  • Coordinates marketing and communications responsibilities for In-partnership/member sponsored projects and events
  • Organizes content for Annual Report, RFQs, writes and proofs copy, tracks approval process, tracks French translation, and proofs content and design. Ensures deliverable to Board and members by deadline
  • Coordinates and initiates the production of the annual Opportunities Sponsorship Package. Works closely with the Business Development department for package content. Conducts initial proof and tracks editing process and all approvals, coordinates design, French translation, and helps with promotion
  • Assists in planning and executing projects and assignments from beginning to end
  • Collaborates on and initiates graphic design needs for all projects including promotional materials and communication needs
  • Writes drafts, proofs copy, schedules deadlines, communicates project needs, and tracks timelines and results
  • Helps to ensure all marketing assets and materials, including the website, have continuity in language and message, and align with CCAB’s brand
  • Understands the wide scope of CCAB programs, services, membership base, and company brand to help create effective marketing campaigns
  • Participates in the integral role of ensuring the Marketing team achieves the scope of work, deliverables, and CCAB’s annual goals and benchmarks for the benefit of the entire organization, board, CCAB members, and partners
  • Drafts nominations letters for Executive Office and Senior Staff, as required
