Saulteaux Consulting & Engineering Inc. (SCE) is a 100% First-Nation owned company located in Fort Frances, Ontario, and was founded in August 2010 by Dean Bethune (CEO and Principal) and Todd Bruyere, P.Eng. (Senior Project Engineer and Principal). Metis member Clifford Carriere, P.Eng. joined the SCE family in 2014 as a Senior Project Engineer, and became a Principal in 2016.
SCE utilizes a professional staff base to perform and administer projects of varying scopes and sizes, and takes pride in providing top quality service to its clients. Dean Bethune and Todd Bruyere, P. Eng. have over 35 combined years of experience as a Technical Services Advisor and a Technical Service Engineer with Pwi-Di-Goo-Zing Ne-Yaa-Zhing Advisory Services, a Tribal Council representing seven First Nation communities in the Fort Frances, Ontario area. Clifford Carriere, P. Eng., worked for many years with Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC) and with Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation (OFNTSC).
