(KPCL) it is a second-generation company with a long track record of safely constructing key infrastructure projects in Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta. Our permanent office and maintenance facilities are headquartered in Estevan and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan – locations that enable us to better serve our prairie province markets.
