Why Us? CML Project Services Ltd. is a boutique project management firm, incorporated July 2017, located in Kelowna, BC, specializing in First Nation building and infrastructure projects. We do not distract ourselves with other pursuits or specialties. We have relevant skills and training coupled with many years of experience in project management, building construction, civil engineering, and contract administration. To the best of our professional ability, we act as independent project managers, while at the same time, continuously look for innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions to improve the outcome of any project we are assigned to.
We offer 60+ years of combined experience within the disciplines of project management, contract administration, design, and construction.
CML is familiar and comfortable engaging with the British Columbia Government and the Federal Government – Indigenous Services Canada, the Prime Architect/Engineer and other specialty design professionals. We have interacted many times with all these types of professionals in the past, either as project managers or as engineering consultants. We are also well versed in the “rescue and recovery” of complex projects, completing gap-analysis, identifying critical path tasks and guiding projects to a successful conclusion for our clients.
