The West Coast Business Forum and Award Dinner took place on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at the Westin Bayshore Hotel in Vancouver B.C. Attendees enjoyed shopping at the Indigenous Artisans Marketplace with local vendors, coffee connection networking, and informative mainstage panels and breakout sessions. The afternoon concluded with a powerful mainstage panel on Generational Reconciliation with Chief Robert Joseph and family members.
Following the forum in the evening, CCAB’s Award Dinner was a true celebration of Indigenous excellence, kicking off with a cocktail networking reception. Hosted by Dr Evan Adams with entertainment by Beatrice Love, we honoured the 2023 award recipient for Excellence in Aboriginal Relations, Chief Robert Joseph, along with the Progressive Aboriginal Relations™ (PAR) recipients.
