Company Roots
From humble beginnings, Willowridge Construction was established in 1986. As a privately-owned organization, Willowridge has always maintained our focus on providing solutions to industrial clients and we have continued to expand our service delivery. In recent years, with visions of growth in mind, Willowridge has made great progress. We have positioned ourselves as one of the premiere service providers in the region, while never losing sight of our values and being a good neighbour in the communities where we work. Giving back is at the core of who we are.

Scope of Expertise
Willowridge provides a broad range of industrial construction services. These areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, concrete and foundations, structural and building construction, broad civil and carpentry services, industrial site and labour services, industrial cleaning and interior improvements.
In the Fall of 2020; we added an electrical company to the Willowridge group, MM Electrical Ltd; and in 2022 we added Wridge Energy to our portfolio, an equipment rental and hotshot service division.
Safety
Willowridge always puts Safety First! We pride ourselves in taking an efficient approach to our work, while always focusing on doing so in a manner that ensures that everyone goes home safe at the end of the day. We have full safety certification for all of the industrial sites that we work on.

We feel that that a strong corporate culture is imperative to success. We are in the people business, as it is only with the world-class skill, dedication, and overall performance of each Willowridge employee that we can guarantee that we deliver positive results for our clients each, and every time. We add people to our team who embody our vision, we invest in our people, and it is with our great people that we will continue to prosper.
Our Community
We are a purpose driven company. It is important to us to operate in a way that we continue to leave a positive impact on society and in the communities where we work. We are always looking for ways to give back meaningfully to local community.
A key focus for Willowridge is supporting under-privileged youth and families in the Heartland region. We support Boys&Girls Club of Fort Saskatchewan, ABC Headstart and the Food Bank with resources including time, services and funding. We do this in various ways including engaging our larger workforce. We believe that we can be a part of educating our team and the larger community that business can and should be making a difference in society.
We are proud of our diverse workforce. We partner with Women Building Futures and SKILLS, and are proud members of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business. We work with other local organizations who support the employment of people who may have limited opportunities to start their careers in construction or who may not be aware that the construction industry is a viable and rewarding career path. It is also important to us to work with other industry leaders to position the construction industry and the skilled trades as careers of choice.

Our project portfolio includes work with InterPipeline, Nutrien, Suncor, Imperial, DOW, NWR, Pembina, Evonik, Alta Steel, Air Productsand more.
