On February 1, 2024, the transaction to create Nations Royalty was announced.   Nations Royalty is a groundbreaking concept founded by the Nisga’a Nation and Frank Giustra.  Nations Royalty is a royalty company focused on creating royalty diversification for First Nations. Nations Royalty will allow First Nations to bring forward the Value within their Benefit Agreement Royalties and unlock the Net Asset Value (NAV) Multiples afforded to Royalty Companies.
