M’shki ki Medicine Basket Inc. is the only northern Ontario Indigenous Medicine distribution retail, wholesale and online storeroom.

Our Vision is to dedicate ourselves to connecting one-on-one with our Indigenous communities and non-profit agencies to ensure they receive support and service during their buying process. Our Mission is to focus on Mother Earth’s natural medicines by delivering high-quality products at reasonable prices and ensuring their sustainability for future generations.

We operate as 100% female Anishinaabe members of the Timiskaming First Nation, living and working in Kapuskasing.

Our products focus on the Four Sacred Medicines and tools used in traditional Indigenous ceremonies. The main products sold on the M’shki ki Medicine Basket’s website include an all-in-one medicine basket, sage, sweetgrass, cedar, 100% Organic Semah, and Indigenous Tools: abalone shells, smudge feathers and stands.

The services offered relate to the four Indigenous elements. Karen Sullivan is a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist RCRT^TM and Licensed Reflexology Foot Teacher LCRT, and specially trained as a Reflexology Lymph Drainage Therapist ARLDT– endorsed by the Canadian Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC).

Karen obtained her Clinical Aromatherapist Accreditation from the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy. Her holistic fields led her to England, where innovation in holistic medicine and the desire to exchange research and clinical information were shared by international contributors.
