About Indigenous Geographic Productions Inc

We are a film and video production company and educational platform proudly owned by Indigenous individuals. Our primary mission is to amplify Indigenous communities’ diverse and authentic voices across Turtle Island (North America) and worldwide. Through our work, we aim to shed light on the rich cultural heritage, contemporary issues, and remarkable stories of resilience within Indigenous cultures.

As an Indigenous-owned company, we recognize the importance of providing a platform for Indigenous storytellers to reclaim their narratives and share their unique perspectives. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive space where Indigenous filmmakers, artists, and creators can showcase their talents and contribute to the global conversation.

Our film and video productions aim to challenge stereotypes, address social injustices, and promote cultural understanding. We are committed to producing high-quality content that is both engaging and enlightening, allowing audiences to gain a deeper appreciation for the Indigenous experience.

In addition to our production work, we also serve as an educational resource, providing access to Indigenous knowledge, history, and cultural teachings. We aim to foster greater awareness and appreciation for Indigenous cultures by offering workshops, seminars, and online resources, promoting dialogue, respect, and reconciliation.

Our dedication to amplifying Indigenous voices is rooted in the belief that storytelling can bridge divides, build empathy, and inspire positive change. We are proud to contribute to preserving and celebrating Indigenous cultures while advocating for social justice and equal representation in the media industry
