About Indigenous Environmental Services Inc

Founded in 2019, Indigenous Environmental Services (IES) is a 100% Indigenous-owned consulting company, providing expertise in Indigenous (Traditional) Knowledge, environmental science, social and engagement, engineering, remediation and nuclear projects to clients in Ontario and across Canada. All our associates have many years’ experience working in consulting or industry and held senior-level management roles. Many of our colleagues share previous working relationships on multiple projects.

Our objectives are to provide clients with high-level consulting and strategic advice on new and on-going environmental issues, within the local, regional, and national regulatory framework, and to advise industry, governments and citizens in the mitigation and prevention of future accidents or critical events.

We pride ourselves in our credibility and integrity. We work for both Indigenous peoples and other Canadians using Indigenous Knowledge and western science. By using an unbiased approach in our technical assessments and strategic advice, IES strives to address the needs of their clients and communities to enhance their planning and decision-making.
