• Establishment of development corporations to manage the business operations for First Nations.
• Restructuring existing development corporations in accordance with the current mandate of Chief and Council.
• Creating partnerships to pursue opportunities in major projects within your traditional territory.
• Utilize my network of business partners and colleagues from previous major projects throughout British Columbia
• Partnered with Sunspear Microgrid, provide support to develop clean energy plans and explore clean energy alternatives.
• Partnered with Nation Group who provide opportunities in the cannabis industry, innovative fuel alternatives, clean energy, competitive fuel supply opportunities, investments and capital financing options.
• Assistance in financial certification for the First Nation with the First Nations Financial Management Board.
