Humanity Financial Management is a CPA firm that works exclusively with social purpose organizations – charities, non-profits, First Nations, and Indigenous communities – to build robust, efficient and effective internal finance departments in their organizations.

Our part-time CFOs and financial controllers assist with audit preparation and provide necessary ongoing oversight and support to other finance team members. We act as trainers and mentors to existing finance team members and help them build financial skills and financial careers.

We also review and improve internal financial systems: financial transaction management systems, bookkeeping and accounting systems, budgeting and financial reporting systems and financial governance systems.

We work with organizations to identify high-priority projects to improve financial reporting, make financial processes efficient and effective, and implement strong financial internal controls to protect the assets and reputations of the organization and its directors/council members.

Ultimately, we work with organizations to improve the financial performance, financial health and financial sustainability of their organizations.
