The Company works with large corporations as well as their Indigenous partners, improving and monitoring the mental health and wellbeing at worksites and communities. Through the many programs, it provides solutions to employers to navigate liability exposure to the ever-growing mental health disability crisis in the workplace. The implementation of the services and programs as part of the organizations’ culture provides the employers with a responsible and discreet platform to provide its workforce with access to ongoing mental health monitoring and support services. The Company engages community and individual involvement in the programs which aid in developing a strong and well-rounded work environment and healthy community demographic.
