Creative Kwe

Creative Kwe is a 100% Indigenous owned business focused on supporting, advocating and celebrating through creativity. Creative Kwe operates on a strengths based approach in all product and service creation.

Founder Ashley Lamothe combined the Anishnaabe teachings she grew up with  with her desire to decolonize her business to create a model that prioritizes community care and a continued action of balance.

Through this business model, Creative Kwe has established two primary branches of business. Expression (product and design) and Connection (service and seminar).

Creative Expression offers produces that focus on reflection, intention and overall uplifting. Products include guided journals, Indigenous notebooks, and planners along with cups, tumblers and apparel. These products are designed with a combination of the well known Indigenous humour along with strengths based messaging and affirmation.

Connection focuses on workshops, seminars and key notes/guest speaking. Workshops offer participants a hands on approach to amplifying their gifts along with experiencing creativity.

Seminars and Speaking are opportunities for businesses and organizations to bring Ashley in for her interactive approach on topics that speak to both the struggles and successes when it comes to using creativity as a container both in personal and professional settings.
