𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐇𝐑 wears many hats and offers a wide range of products/services through collaboration and partnerships with other companies. ChillHR is an online social membership company with TWO separate communities inside the website. One community supports HR, while the other supports businesses.

First and foremost, ChillHR was born out of a desire to support the mental health and wellness of HR Professionals with intent for collaboration with their peers. We are implementing the 8 pillars of wellness (Social, Emotional, Intellectual, Financial, Occupational, Spiritual, Environmental, and Physical) inside our online walls which they have access to once they log in. We have a mentorship program available, and for those topics where HR Professionals need to be anonymous, we have our Masked Asks Advice Column that allows them to ask questions anonymously to our 30 year HR Veteran who is well adversed and experienced in the HR field. We exist to provide HR Professionals with the services that are missing in their field. Because at the end of the day, HR is there for the people, but who is there for HR?

Since collaboration is a large component to our business, we have carefully vetted our partnerships to ensure that we can provide you (our member) our partners best services and products. Each partner provides a discount to our members. Most (if not all) of our partnerships come with a value guarantee.
