Cedar Bridges Consulting Ltd. is dedicated to building bridges of reconciliation rooted in relationality, responsibility, and respect. The work of reconciliation only moves forward with Indigenous values leading and creating the paths forward.
Cedar Bridges Consulting offers both consulting and professional development services related to reconciliation, decolonization, and indigenization. Consulting services offered to organizations are to support Indigenous equity, remove systemic barriers, and to responsibly indigenize (and decolonize) across organizations. This work can be done by working together on projects, policies, and through collaborating on organizational planning.
In addition to offering consulting, Cedar Bridges Consulting also offers a variety of professional development opportunities. This includes cultural safety & humility workshops, educational presentations, and opportunities to engage with Indigenous knowledges and ways of being. All learning opportunities are founded on values of belonging and relationality, recognizing mutual respect and strong relationships as the foundation to all bridges of reconciliation.
