We encourage all employees to develop their skillset through the B&B School of Construction, our in-house professional development program. Our team is further backed by a robust fleet of company-owned equipment with an onsite maintenance shop that allows us to remain competitive in all aspects of civil construction.

In recognition of the communities where we work and live, B&B donates $100,000+ annually to local charities in support of those in need. We also participate in a variety of charitable events for BC Children’s Hospital, the Surrey and Langley Food Banks, the Langley Memorial and Surrey Hospital Foundations, and the Surrey Homelessness & Housing Society.
