RSC is a 100% Quw’utsun (Cowichan) Indigenously privately owned Construction business, a brother and sister team of Dan Williams and Kathy Parkinson.
With a team of over 30 people bringing a diverse team of skilled professionals with a focus on building Indigenous communities. At our current capacity our staff is roughly 75% Indigenous. We take pride in training and retaining Indigenous people and working to build their skills in the trades through valuable relationships, with a goal of building a middle class in the nations we work with through training and mentorship. Our highly skilled team ensures we are meeting the clients expectations through quality and schedule. We are BCCSA Safety COR certified and have a very strong safety culture within our organization to ensure our workers get home safe each and every day to their families. We understand the importance of having a healthy balance with work life, family life, culture and community. We also are committed to giving back to the communities we work in through supporting local youth groups, school programs, sporting and cultural events and much more.
