RPM Indigenous Group Inc. (RPMIG) is an Indigenous-owned and operated company grounded in our values, culture, and deep connection to the land and people. As Indigenous professionals, we built RPMIG to not only deliver high-quality infrastructure, environmental, and construction services—but also to create lasting, meaningful opportunities for Indigenous communities across Ontario and beyond.
Since our founding in 2022, we have grown quickly and earned the trust of industry leaders who recognize the strength and reliability of working with an Indigenous-led team. Our services include Indigenous procurement support, civil construction, environmental remediation, aggregate supply, and trucking—delivered with the accountability and care our communities deserve.
RPMIG is proud to be the majority Indigenous partner in ventures like FirstGenn Environmental, which was created to provide culturally responsive environmental services and support to Nations across Canada. We don’t just build roads or clean soil—we build capacity, transfer knowledge, and work alongside community members to strengthen self-sufficiency.
