Riipen is a free tool that businesses and non-profit organizations use to source skilled student talent from Colleges and Universities across Canada to complete work-based projects. Our vision is to eliminate underemployment by empowering all learners with employer-relevant skills and experience. Talent of all backgrounds and employers of all sizes on the Riipen platform engage actively, frequently and authentically.

Riipen and Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB) have partnered to provide Indigenous businesses with 80-hour long (over 2-8 weeks) remote student internships with no onboarding costs. The goal of this webinar is to equip indigenous businesses with access to skilled talent across industries and enable generational sustainability. Leverage this opportunity to plan, strategize, and streamline your business goals with skilled talent.
