This program is designed to equip you with the tools and strategies needed to lead effectively while honoring your organization’s values.
Many workplace challenges, including performance issues and unclear accountability, can hinder the success of an organization. These challenges are universal, but in Indigenous organizations, they require solutions that are rooted in the cultural context of the communities you serve.
We are excited to announce that we have a new Leadership Fundamentals Training Program for individuals starting April 17th! This cohort is anticipated to be between 5 and 12 participants and is made up of leaders from Indigenous organizations (primarily not-for-profits).
For the leadership training, here are the dates for 6 virtual sessions at 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM EST:
- April 17 – kick-off
- May 1 – Plan, Align, and Direct
- May 15 – Staff and Develop
- May 29 – Monitor and Motivate
- June 12 – Reward and Recognize
- June 26 – Overview and Sustainability
