Andy Karesa is a proud member of the Métis Nation of Alberta. He is the founder of Karesa Consulting Ltd., an organization dedicated to growing the leadership potential of youth and young professionals.

Andy is an engineer who has worked with some of the world’s largest energy organizations. His unconventional approach to leadership was refined as a result of trying to come up with a way to grow as a leader himself. This approach led Andy to create Karesa Consulting, to help others become the leaders they aspire to become.

He is currently completing an MBA at The University of Alberta where he is a Golden Key Scholar, and has a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
