Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made up to fifteen (15) business days @ 12 noon EST in order to offer the space to those on the waiting list. All cancellations must be received by email to brian.martin@akiconsulting.ca and are subject to a $150 administration fee. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations received after that unless your space can be filled.
