Through Co-operative and Experiential Education at the University of Waterloo, your business can access skilled student talent to support operations, marketing, technology, research and more. Our co-op students bring fresh ideas and real-world experience to help you accelerate growth. With more than 120 programs across disciplines such as business, engineering, healthcare, data analysis and artificial intelligence, our students drive growth across all industries. Students are available for four and eight-month work terms to support you year-round, and our service team is ready to help you find the right talent.

What we Offer
– One-on-one support: Your dedicated co-op account manager will guide you through the process to make hiring quick and easy.
– Funding guidance: Funding specialists can match you with opportunities to cover up to 70 per cent of student salaries through grants, tax credits and funding programs like the Student Work Placement Program (SWPP).
