Ron Jamieson, a Mohawk from Six Nations, held senior executive positions in the financial services industry for ten years prior to being appointed Vice-President, Aboriginal Banking, Bank of Montreal in September, 1992. He assumed the position of Senior Vice-President in 1996 and retired in 2006.
Throughout his career, he has been active in economic development initiatives for Aboriginal communities across Canada. He is a member of the Conference Board of Canada's Council on the Corporate Management of Aboriginal Affairs and he was a member of the Economic Task Force advising National Chief Matthew Coon Come of the Assembly of First Nations. In addition, he was Chairman of the Royal Commission on Economic Matters affecting Aboriginal People in Canada and a member of the Whitehorse Mining Initiative - Finance and Taxation Issue Group. Since 1996, Ron has been on the Board of Directors of the Duke of Edinburgh's Awards for Canada and a member of the Aboriginal Program Council for The Banff Centre. In 2001, Ron accepted an appointment to Co-Chair the Innu Healing Foundation. He has recently been appointed to the board of the Ontario Power Authority.

Garry Knox is chairman of Sodexho MS Canada, Ltd. He is responsible for overseeing the company's operations throughout Canada.
He began his career in 1965 as a food service manager for Sodexho (then the Saga Corporation) opening up Canada's first account at Carleton University. During a 24-year period Garry held numerous operational and supervisory positions, including general manager, vice president, and senior vice president for education services.
In 1989, he joined Scotts Hospitality, Inc as senior vice president and CEO of the enterprises division. In 1991, he accepted the position of president and chief operating officer of Restauronics Services Ltd. in Canada. Garry returned to Sodexho (then Marriott Management Services) in 1996 as president of the company's operations in Canada. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science and business from Loyola College in Montreal.
Kim Devooght

Kim Devooght is the Vice President, Federal Public Sector, for IBM Canada. In this capacity, he is responsible for providing the full range of IBM products, services, solutions and consulting to the Canadian federal government, as well as other public sector institutions in the Ottawa area. In addition, Kim is the Senior Location Executive for IBM in Ottawa. Prior to his appointment to this position in July, 1998, he was General Manager, Government Service Delivery, IBM Global Government Industry, responsible for the development and deployment of public access and electronic commerce solutions with governments around the world.
Kim has a B.A. (Hons.) in Public Administration from Carleton University and a Masters in Business Administration from York University.
He resides in Manotick, Ontario.

John Dutschek has been CCAB's volunteer Treasurer since 1986. Along with Ron Jamieson and Paul Summers, he is the longest-serving member of CCAB's Board. A CA since 1976, John became involved with the organization when he was a partner with the firm now known as Grant Thornton. He stayed with it after he formed his own firm in 1990. He is a Life Member of the Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs of Canada and has been the Treasurer of his local Boy Scouts since 1991.

Bob Fellows has been president, St. Paul Travelers, since January 2001, with responsibility for overseeing The St. Paul's Canadian operation, which has about 180 employees in five cities across Canada.
Fellows began his 20-year insurance career at Arkwright Insurance in Toronto as an account executive for six years. From 1987 to 1994, he was the marketing manager at Allendale Insurance in Montreal. From 1996 to 2001, Fellows held several management positions at Royal and SunAlliance in Canada, including leading its Financial Solutions start-up venture, managing its risk management and global business and prior to that, managing its specialty line property business.
Fellows is a Master of Business Administration, York University, and holds a Bachelors of Art's degree from Bishop's University. In 1986, he was designated a Chartered Insurance Professional (C.I.P.).
Fellows is a native of Montreal and resides with his family in Mississauga, Ontario.

Marc is President of Frito Lay Canada, a position he assumed in July of 2001.
Marc began his career with PepsiCo in Canada in 1986. He has held a variety of positions, primarily in Sales and General Management, including Senior Vice-President Sales and Marketing, Vice-President of Sales and Area Vice-President for Hostess Frito-Lay’s Eastern and Western Areas. Marc has spent most of his career in Canada, where he has lived in Montreal, Ottawa, Vancouver and Toronto, except for a year spent in Switzerland working for the family business and one year in the U.S. with Frito Lay. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Marc was employed by Procter and Gamble. Marc holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from l’Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (affiliée à l’Université de Montréal).
Marc has been actively involved in the Food and Consumer Products of Canada (FCPC) Industry Association for a number of years. He has served on its Board of Directors since 2001 and was appointed 1st Vice-Chair in 2006. Also in 2006, Marc joined the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business.
Marc and his wife Karen have four children and live in Oakville, Ontario. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family in the city or in Northern Ontario where they own a place on a lake. He is also an avid golfer, loves to play with his sons and discover new courses while travelling.

Nick Javor is Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs of Tim Hortons and Vice-President of the Tim Horton Children’s Foundation. Tim Hortons is Canada’s largest chain of coffee and baked goods. During his 13 years with Tim Hortons, Nick has held senior management positions within New Business Development, Operations and most recently, in Corporate Affairs. Nick is a Mac graduate with a Bach in Engineering and an MBA. Prior to joining Tim Hortons Nick held the position of President of Mr. Lube Canada Inc.
In his current role, Nick manages the Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility, government and environmental affairs portfolios. As Vice-President of the Tim Hortons Children’s Foundation, Nick oversees all aspects of the Foundation, with six camps across Canada and the United States. The Children's Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization committed to providing a fun-filled camp environment for children from economically disadvantaged homes.
Nick and his wife Lisa reside in Etobicoke. They have two children: Laura, who attends the University of Western Ontario and Ryan, who is in high school.

Tony Martino

Tony Martino is the vice president of business operations for Xerox Canada. In this role, he is responsible for providing leadership to the customer fulfillment and support processes and programs including administration and integrated supply chain management. In addition he has responsibility for strategies, deployment and implementation of Xerox Canada's Lean Six Sigma program.
Prior to this assignment, Tony Martino was the vice president of human resources, communications and corporate affairs, a position, which he held for 4 years. In that role he lead the people processes at Xerox Canada. Martino has also been the vice president of client operations, responsible for Xerox Canada's outsourced services business.
He joined Xerox Canada in 1979 and has held a number of senior positions in marketing, administration, business operations, finance and human resources. He has a bachelor's degree in commerce and French from the University of Toronto. He also has an MBA in international business and finance from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
Tony Martino lives in Toronto with his wife and two children.
Howard Morry

Howard Morry is nationally recognized as a leader in tax matters and in the Winnipeg community. He is sought out for his particular insight and innovation in domestic and international tax matters and for business and tax structuring for small businesses, public companies, high net worth individuals, the farming community and for aboriginal communities and their business partners.
Howard is past President of the Jewish Federation of Winnipeg/Combined Jewish Appeal. He is legal counsel to the National Board of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business and is widely recognized as a writer and speaker on tax, estate planning, aboriginal and agricultural succession matters. He holds a B.Comm (Hons) and an LL. B from the University of Manitoba.
Andy Popko

Since joining EnCana in 1978, Andrew Popko worked in a variety of fields before he established the Aboriginal Relations department. Under Mr. Popko’s lead, EnCana has won the INAC/AWPI Aboriginal Relations Best Practice Award of Distinction twice and received an award from the United States Minerals Management Services for Best Consultation by a company on the North Slope of Alaska.
He is active in the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers and British Columbia Business Council on Aboriginal Affairs, and was recently appointed to the Aboriginal Human Resource Development Council of Canada. Mr. Popko returned to EnCana in 2006 after an 18-month secondment in the Privy Council Office in Ottawa, where he supported Aboriginal bands to manage their oil and gas drilling operations effectively. Mr. Popko has been presented with numerous awards including aLifetime Achievement Award from the Tribal Chiefs Institute of Treaty 8 and Honorary Chief of Heart Lake First Nation
Paul N. Summers

Mr. Summers had an extensive senior management career prior to acquiring CSTI in 1996. He was CEO of Hanson Inc., a chemical manufacturing company and the Canada Metal Company, a metals manufacturer.
CSTI is a leading supplier of storage systems for liquid and solid materials, pressure vessels and process reactors, mixing systems and welded/machined components for heavy off-highway equipment manufacturers.
Mr. Summers was a founding director of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business in 1984 and is a former Co-Chair of the National Board of Directors.
He is Chairman and CEO of the World Presidents' Organization, Alexandria, Virginia, a 4300 member world wide organization.
Mr. Summers holds a B. Sc. From Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan.
